The slow speed of Illegalithlon and UAE-JIT, revealed.
In the past 3-4 days my download speeds have dropped to almost nil especially in the evenings. However, my upload speeds are still relatively high. A download test just done gives a speed of 71kbps with an upload speed of 378kbps. Whose test ? So could it be hardware, ie PC, wired router or phone connection,

Depends on what you are trying to do, but the minimums listed are VERY low. 2 gig and a speed of > 4 gz are almost the minimum for decent operation.
